iFull are on AiFM 89.3 from this Monday to Saturday Morning!

Thank you AiFM 89.3 and AiFM DJ JC Jing Cheng for inviting our Co-Founder Jason Kuan to share his story on how he turned from a secondary school dropout to successful entrepreneur. With limited job opportunities, he picked up phone repair skills at age 15 .

As a technician with 12 years experienced in the phone repair industry, he observed that  the market was completely under serviced and fragmented. Despite the fact that smartphones and were becoming increasing important to our everyday lives.

One day, a good friend of Jason called and asked for help as his phone was spoiled while he was waiting for his flight for an important business trip. While his phone contained many vital data. Without any hesitation, Jason drove to KLIA airport and helped him to fix his phone immediately. Since then, the idea of door to door repair has been floating on his mind.

With the passion and experience in the device repair industry, he decided to develop the iFull brand which ultimately launched in 2016. Then, iFull has since grown to provide door to door services across whole Klang Valley,Penang and Kedah in Malaysia.
